Welcome to Car Show Hero

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Car Show Hero website (carshowhero.com) and everything on it, including our car show and automotive event listings, The Lineup, our Garage Tees merchandise store, email updates, and other content. By using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

About Our Service

Car Show Hero is America's car show calendar: a national, free-to-use listing of automotive events, including car shows, cars and coffee meets, cruise-ins, race nights, poker runs, swap meets, and auto rallies. Event listings are free for organizers and for the public. We never charge organizers to be listed, and listing an event does not create any obligation for the organizer. We also sell automotive merchandise and publish automotive content.

Where Our Event Listings Come From

Listings come from several places: events submitted by organizers and visitors, event flyers and announcements that organizers have posted publicly (for example on organizer websites, club and venue calendars, and social media), and event information we find on public websites. Every listing is reviewed by a person at Car Show Hero before it is published.

Event write-ups on our site may be prepared with the help of AI tools and are based on the information the organizer made public. Some listings use illustrative images created with AI; unless a listing shows the organizer's own flyer or photo, the image is an illustration and not an actual photo of that event.

Event Accuracy

We work to keep listings accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any event details, including dates, times, locations, prices, or what will be at the event. Events can change or be cancelled without our knowledge. Always confirm details directly with the organizer before you travel. Car Show Hero does not organize, run, or sponsor the events we list (unless we clearly say so) and is not responsible for cancelled, rescheduled, or misrepresented events.

For Event Organizers: Corrections and Removal

If we've listed your event and something is wrong, or you'd prefer it not be listed, just let us know at info@carshowhero.com. We'll correct or remove the listing, usually within a few days.

When we list an event, we may send the organizer a one-time note (by email or social media message) letting them know their event is on Car Show Hero. These notes are free, ask nothing of you, and you can reply at any time to ask us not to contact you again. We limit how often any organizer hears from us.

Submitting an Event or Flyer

When you submit an event, flyer, image, or link, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You give Car Show Hero permission to display, crop, resize, and share that flyer or information on our website, in our emails, and on our social media to promote the event. We may edit, decline, or remove any submission at our discretion, and we do not guarantee that every submission will be published. Please provide a valid email address with your submission so we can follow up if needed.

Email Updates and Future Paid Plans

You can sign up for free email updates from Car Show Hero, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

We plan to offer optional paid membership plans in the future. Paid plans are not available yet. If you join an early-access or waiting list, you will not be charged anything. Before any paid plan launches, we will post its price, renewal, and cancellation terms, and we will update these Terms.

Garage Tees and Merchandise

Our shirts and other merchandise are printed to order by our print partner after you place your order. Product photos are mockups; colors on your screen may look slightly different from the finished product. Prices, designs, and availability may change without notice. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud or an error, and you will be refunded in that case. Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

Car Show Hero's own content, including our logos, merchandise designs, site design, text, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Car Show Hero and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Event flyers, organizer logos, and other third-party materials shown on our site belong to their owners and are shown only to inform people about those events. If you own material on our site and want it removed, email us and we'll take care of it.

Using Our Site

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, submit false or misleading event information, copy or scrape our listings in bulk, attempt to disrupt the site, or infringe on the rights of others. We may suspend or block access for anyone who violates these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use our site, and at least 18 (or have a parent's or guardian's permission) to make a purchase.

Links to Other Sites

Our listings link to organizer websites and social media pages that we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, policies, or ticket sales.

Limitation of Liability

Car Show Hero provides its website and services "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Car Show Hero is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our website, your attendance at any listed event, or your purchase of any product. Attending any event is at your own risk and is subject to the organizer's rules.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll change the "Last Updated" date at the top when we do. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
