Refund policy

Every Car Show Hero shirt is printed to order just for you, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Misprints, damage, or the wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. Just email info@carshowhero.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. You won’t need to send the item back.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package was lost in transit, contact us and we’ll send a replacement. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout; orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer can’t be replaced for free.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible. We can cancel for a full refund if it hasn’t gone into production yet.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
